  • You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

  • We do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or availability are free from errors. If an error is found, we reserve the right to correct it.
     

4. Payment & Billing

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • We accept payments through credit/debit cards, PayPal and Vipps. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
     

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

6. Conflict Resolution

  • In case of a dispute, we encourage the customer to contact us first at zuzana.rafnar@gmail.com to seek an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, conflicts will be handled in accordance with the guidelines from the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet).

  • For cross-border disputes within the EU, consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
